黑龙江省是全国最大的粮食主产区和商品粮基地之一，东北亚经贸大通道横贯其中。作为我国粮食主产区的“北大仓”，黑龙江省对各类农业生产资料的需求以及农产品及畜牧产品的对外交流有这广阔的市场开发潜力。在这种背景下，经中国贸易促进委员会批准，由中国贸易促进委员会黑龙江分会主办的2010中国黑龙江农业博览会（以下简称农博会）将如期于11月8日在美丽的冰城哈尔滨举办。此次展会的召开将着眼于开拓国际、国内两大市场，力求把此次大会办成“商家的市场、合作的桥梁”，满足农业新技术和农业生产资料的引进，同时将黑龙江的优秀农产品和畜牧业产品展现在国内外专业买家的面前。以促进龙江农业新理念、新技术、新品种、新产业形式的推广与应用，加速农业产业化和产业升级的进程，形成龙江农业产业新格局，实现黑龙江农业的可持续发展，推动黑龙江社会主义新农村建设的进程。 Heilongjiang Province is one of the biggest major grain producing area and commercial grain base in China, with the Northeast Asia Trade Corridor running through it. As the “Northern Granary” of Chinese major grain producing areas, Heilongjiang has a big market development potential in requirements of agricultural production means and exchanges of livestock products with the outside world. Under the above background, approved by China Council for the Promotion of Trade and sponsored by its Heilongjiang Branch, 2010 China Heilongjiang Agricultural Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as Agricultural Exhibition), will be held in the beautiful ice city--Haerbin in November 8th as scheduled. This exhibition will focus on opening up the international and domestic markets, and strive to become the "Market of Companies, bridge of cooperation". It will meet the requirements of bringing in new agricultural technologies and agricultural production means, and present the agricultural and animal husbandry products of Heilongjiang to domestic and foreign professional buyers, to promote the application of new ideas, new technologies, new varieties and new forms, to accelerate the agriculture industrialization and industrial upgrading, to form new agricultural industrial situation, to achieve sustainable agricultural development and to push forward the new rural communities construction in Heilongjiang.

参展程序： 1、参展企业通过电话与组委会联系，确定参展意向后组委会将向企业提供展位图； 2、参展企业在展位图上选定展位，组委会展位安排以先报名、先付款、先安排的原则进行，报名企业如未在规定时间付款，组委会有权对其展位进行调整； 3、选定展位后，参展企业需认真填写标准展位申请表或特装展位申请表（见附表）连同企业简介（用于网站免费宣传）传真或邮寄至大会组委会； 4、参展企业提交申请表后应在3日内将所需费用汇入大会指定账号，并将银行汇款底单传真至组委会； 5、组委会收到汇款底单并核实到款后，组委会将向参展企业邮寄或传真参展确认函，参展确认函是企业参展报到及开具发票的唯一凭证； 6、参展企业无权将其展台出租或转让给第三方，无权通过任何方式为非参展单位在会场宣传。 Organization of Visitors and Promotion of Exhibition： 1. Organization and invitation of the professional visitors are key work of the organizing committee. As a branch of CCPIT, through more than 200 agencies of CCPIT in different countries and overseas chambers of commerce that have cooperative ties with CCPIT, the sponsor will send letters to foreign embassies, relevant foreign ministries, chambers of commerce, trade associations, and other organizations for visit, participation, purchase and negotiation. 2. The Organizing Committee will unite with all branches of CCPIT, relevant trade associations, chambers of commerce to organize their professional member units to come here for visit and negotiation or invite outstanding professional buyers directly. 3. Organizing Committee will directly integrate all associations, professional markets, media resources and large buyer database of sponsor to organize professional buyers and visitors to come here through direct mail, fax, E-mail, direct invitation, medium, popularization and introduction of exhibition, and cooperation of associations. 4. More than 10 domestic and foreign well-known TV stations, broadcasting stations, newspapers, magazines, network and other medias will be invited to report this exhibition live from the scene.
